12:00--walked 45 minutes
6:30--640 calories
9:30--250 calories (I need to stay up late to work on photos)

Daily total = 1,500 calories


  1. So, I suppose I should wait two more days before congratulating you on this achievement. But, I can be a cheerleader, can't I? Frank, Frank! GoooOOOOO FRANK!!!

  2. That 228 weight had become a difficult barrior to break in recent months and now I've been below that for 3 days so that's on level we hope to never see again. One thing that's amazing is that 1,500 calories doesn't have to mean any hunger during the day if a person does a little planning.
